SHIPPING POLICY

  • Domestic (Turkey): 2–5 business days via insured courier.

  • International: 7–21 business days via registered airmail or express courier (options at checkout).

  • Tracking information is provided once your order ships.

RETURN & EXCHANGE POLICY

  • Returns & Exchanges: Unused pipes may be returned within 14 days of delivery. Buyer pays return shipping; original shipping fees are non‑refundable.

  • Warranty: Each Yanik pipe is guaranteed against manufacturing defects for 1 year. Cracks from heat abuse or drops are not covered.
