How long do orders take to ship?

Orders are estimated to ship within 1-3 business days. For special orders please mail me.

How long do orders take to arrive after shipment?

According to FEDEX, it takes on average 4-5 business days (1 week) 

Orders are sometimes delayed during COVID by a week. If you don't receive your order, please email me for a replacement or refund.

How are orders shipped?

All  orders are tracked with FEDEX.

All international  orders are shipped with tracking number with FEDEX.

What's your refund policy?

Lost or excessively damaged items can be replaced or refunded. Please send me an email if this happens.

How many people are on your team?

I'm an artist on my own except for when my son has the ability to help me with orders. Emails, my instagram page, art updates, etc, are all managed and maintained by me, Sadik Yanik.
